Tegria is a global healthcare consulting and services company that acts as the middleman for provider and payer organizations to advance healthcare technology capabilities, improve healthcare worker performance, and tackle other healthcare challenges. A challenge that they weren’t able to tackle was that of their old website’s CMS. It was difficult to manage from the strict boundaries of the development. They came to us for a site refresh, including audience research, UX and content auditing, user friendly informational architecture, and a modular, flexible design. I worked with Tegria from kickoff through auditing, design, dev specs, and quality assurance testing.
